Great hotel, located in the barrio Santa Cruz (pedestrian area). Everything is well within walking distance. Our room (ground floor facing the patio) was quiet and cleaned daily. We found the matresses were fine (firm, though). Save entrance, kind staff, good Wi-Fi connection, both in our room and on the patio.
Breakfast is not included, but there are very affordable and good breakfast bars around the corner.

We had a delightful stay at Manuel's apartment! The communication before and during our stay was excellent, he is flexible and took the time to recommend restaurants and places of interest when we arrived (which is also compiled in his very own guide in the apartment, along with all manuals and instructions for equipment).

Lovely apartment, fresh, clean and bright. Well equipped for a short or long-term stay. Wifi, air conditioning, shower all excellent. Plenty of space and storage; comfortable and stylish. It certainly had everything we needed and more. Brilliant location. Owner was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Actually after the first night, I wanted to leave but my wife convinced me to use ear plugs. And we stayed 4 nights even though the room was small. But the hotel is a typical charming little cozy building, at the entrance of the great Santa Cruz sector, a walking distance to the Cathedral and just above a lively resto, pub and street. So expect noise at night.

Great location for shops and the old town. The hostal reception is lovely, though the rooms are a bit more basic and clean. If you drive there is no parking apart from in il cort ingles which will set you back 18 euros for 24hrs so add this to your price. Friendly staff. Help with luggage up and down the stairs. Very secure location with locked doors and staff always available. It would be impossible for anyone to enter without permission.

Brilliant location. Great restaurants on the street itself, short walk away from charming Barrio Santa Cruz and it's winding streets, La Giralda and the Real Alcazar (main attractions). The room was cleaned every day and the receptionists and cleaners were friendly. - Fantastic hotel in a great location in a quiet street in the old town. Gorgeous high ceilings in the room and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Good value.

We loved the location and the extra space. Been travelling for a long time and enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. There is a better supermarket than those named by the apartment next to the #11 red bus stop (ask at the tourist information). BEST OF ALL... we had a problem with two broken lights and toaster. The location was wonderful. Next to everything but still in a small street. Only as noisy as the noise was from the the cute bar around the corner. Didn't bother us. Was easy to come and go. Good for cooking if you wish to do so.
