The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Staff were great however, could not be faulted and atmosphere lovely, foo

Phenomenal converted palace, 52 individual rooms & suites. Five star
service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla.
Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful
history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended

καλό περιβάλλον και αρκετά φιλικό! - The professionalism of your staff, the cleanliness of both the public areas and my room. The value for money and convenience to the centre of town. - The cafeterria offered an excellent selection of food. A differentevening menu would have been nice.

Loved everything, extremely helpful staff, nice chic hotel, great poolservice with towels, great food at buffet. Plus only 5 minutes away fromdowntown Seville, only a $4 euro taxi drive. - Good facilities, staff very helpful and pleasant - particularly the concierges who had good local knowledge and gave good advice. I proposed to my fiance in Seville and spent that night at the Alfonso XIII. The conceirge was incredible. Meals were slightly expensive but worth it much higher quality than the rest of seville where food standards were very poor! Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was amazing and I loved waking up in it every morning! Bed was really comfortable. Sheets felt like silk!

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f

Very good value. It was located so that we could walk to downtown while being able also to walk to where our son was staying near the edge of the city. It is a modern facility. -
The staff is very kind and willing to help in any way
