  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.   We really loved it there. The location is in the city center. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and quite big. The kitchen was good equipped.   We loved the size of the room and all It's facilities (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ...). The room was clean and check in was really easy. There was also a little booklet explaining everything in the room and a welcome bottle of cava. Every aspect of the appartment has been thought through carefully and implemented to a very high standard. Like goosedown pillows, beautiful glassware for wine. etc. Full laundry, with washing liquid provided was very helpful. Lots of books on Barcelona provided.   As it was my 30th a group of 8 of us decided on a trip to Barcelona and I came across the Serennia Apartments which I booked. I was extremely happy with my choice as were the group who I came with. The apartment was modern and furnished well and it had a good space of living to say the apartments was for 8 people. Special mention also of Albert who ran the building...very nice fella who spoke perfect English and who was very help - Albert was very helpful and informative, we had a slight problem on our first night with the occupants in the two apartments above coming in drunk at different times and ringing our door bell. We were not very happy, but Albert spoke to them and we didn't here them for the rest of our stay. The apartment was very well situated for what we wanted, Las Ramblas and Camp Nou. It was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment at the end of a long day out walking.

  We enjoyed our stay here! Very homely and the staff we very accommodating especially with all our tourist questions. Very close to Las Ramblas and all the fun.
