  The proximity to the Aerobus stop and the Las Ramblas experience --without the noise -- was all you could ask for. They also got me into a room at 10 am so I was able to get some rest and shower before exploring. The next day I met with family for a planned cruise.   The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.   We really loved it there. The location is in the city center. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and quite big. The kitchen was good equipped.   We loved the size of the room and all It's facilities (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ...). The room was clean and check in was really easy. There was also a little booklet explaining everything in the room and a welcome bottle of cava.   As it was my 30th a group of 8 of us decided on a trip to Barcelona and I came across the Serennia Apartments which I booked. I was extremely happy with my choice as were the group who I came with. The apartment was modern and furnished well and it had a good space of living to say the apartments was for 8 people. Special mention also of Albert who ran the building...very nice fella who spoke perfect English and who was very help - Albert was very helpful and informative, we had a slight problem on our first night with the occupants in the two apartments above coming in drunk at different times and ringing our door bell. We were not very happy, but Albert spoke to them and we didn't here them for the rest of our stay. The apartment was very well situated for what we wanted, Las Ramblas and Camp Nou. It was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment at the end of a long day out walking.

  The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the sites in the old town. Very easy to get to and from the airport via the aerobus as the apt is only 2 minutes walk away from Placa Catalunya. Apartrment was clean and the agent met us at exactly the time specified. Maid came every day and cleaned and left clean towels. Excellent value.
