The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Everythig was well organised especially as we were travelling as a group. The staff very helpful and courteous. - Primarily the location, but the room was a good size and very quiet due to double gazed doors.

We really loved it there. The location is in the city center. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and quite big. The kitchen was good equipped. Despite the location, it is quite quiet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. -

the location was great! in the same street was the metro, starbucks , places to shop , supermarket and its right next to catalunya plaza so it's a very central location , the place was very clean and modern style designed ...... and surprisingly comfortable ..... it is well equipped with dishes . dishwasher , washing machine , oven - everything

The apartments fully corresponded to our expectations: very clean and comfortable, perfectly located. Street noise could be heard from the street but that did not cause any inconvenience for us. We will choose the apartment for our next visit to Barcelona and will recommend it to our friends.

εξυπηρέτηση, καθαριότητα, κεντρικό σημείο - It is a good location, a few minutes walk from one Plaza Catalunya Metro Station, and Paza Catalunya itself. This leads to a great pedestrian walkway into a very historic area of the city and lots of great places to eat, shop and look at! The staff were very helpful, looking up the time for my return bus

The hotel staff was very accomodating, helpful and the reception on check with cava and tapas was a nice touch. Great location just off Placa Cataluna, with easy metro access. The hotel was in a great location! Right near the Rablas and metro. Thehotel was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay thereagain. Excellent Location. A few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya and Eixample. 59 Bus stops nearby which takes you to the Passeig Maritim and all down the Ramblas. The Mon Bus to the Airport / Sitges is around the corner, as are the A2 and A1 Airport buses.
Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, a small supermarket, bakery, bars.

Perfect location, nice price, very good wifi signal and there are all necessary things for comfortstay. Special thanks to Mr. Jose for his friendly attitude and help! Would stay there again and recommend to all my friends.

We loved the size of the room and all It's facilities (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ...). The room was clean and check in was really easy. There was also a little booklet explaining everything in the room and a welcome bottle of cava. The huge selection of travel guides was also a great bonus and helpfull in planning our daytrips. -

Like goosedown pillows, beautiful glassware for wine. etc. Full laundry, with washing liquid provided was very helpful. Lots of books on Barcelona provided. Superb appartment - not cheap, but worth the money spent.

As it was my 30th a group of 8 of us decided on a trip to Barcelona and
I came across the Serennia Apartments which I booked. I was extremely
happy with my choice as were the group who I came with. The apartment

building...very nice fella who spoke perfect English and who was very
help -
Albert was very helpful and informative, we had a slight problem on our first night with the occupants in the two apartments above coming in drunk at different times and ringing our door bell. We were not very happy, but Albert spoke to them and we didn't here them for the rest of our stay. The apartment was very well situated for what we wanted, Las Ramblas and Camp Nou. It was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment at the end of a long day out walking.
