Stayed 4 nights at this well-managed hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room (junior suite) had a great view on the river and the Guggenheim museum. The coloured windows are a somewhat strange gimmick, but you get used to it after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Break

Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.

Really lovely apartment run by wonderful staff who were very accommodating and gracious to us after a misunderstanding with payment. The owner even offered us umbrellas due to the rainy weather! Apartment is spacious, super clean and right in the heart of Old Town. It's also very close to the metro making it easily accessible by foot and public transport. I would definitely recommend Arriaga Suites!

our second stay at this hotel, the previous one being 3 years earlier, and it is as good as last time. The rooms were excellent as were the helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. I enjoyed everything. The staff was very, very helpful and courteous. The hotel was wonderful - modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, perfect. I'd stay there again in a second. The hotel is an excellent value. - staff were incredibly helpful, with fluent english. Road directions out of town were clear and accurate.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and
spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in
the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The
heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast

All accommodations are simple, and I think this makes me feel like home. My room had two beds, one tv, one desk with a mirror and one bathroom. Wifi works fine and the staff were really gentle to ask if I was ok with the noise (I think they're repairing some things on my floor), or if I'd like to change my room.
