  The clean, functional rooms; the excellent location just a little way from the main tourist destinations, but within a 20 minute walk of all the city's most important sights; the surrounding bars, cafes and restaurants which largely meet the needs of local people; nearby La Vieja, an edgy multiethnic area with great character and underestimated ar... τι λέει ο κόσμος » chitecture; and the hotel's breakfast buffet which is well worth the 7.50 euros. - Staff were great, very helpful. Parking is underneath hotel and accessed without having to check in first. The location is great only 10mins walk from Guggenheim Museum through the nicer parts of Bilbao. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The bed in the hotel was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in.

  Simple,small but very nice room--bathroom was larger then expected at apensione-and comfortabe to use. Location good--two stops on a train fromtermibus where the airport bus takes you--about 5 trains each hour, andreturning to the center is 7 stops to short walk over a bridge to oldtown. Also, train fare was only 1e20 to either stop also, a same da... τι λέει ο κόσμος » yreturn for 1e55. A ten trip ticket is even cheaper per trip. - Wifi connection good, room clean, TV worked well, hotel easy to reach *once you know how.* Close to grocery and practical shopping. Decent coffee machine (cheap!) in the hotel.

  We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean. It was an easy walk to the Guggenheim ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and then to the old section for a delightful evening of pinchos. - I will return to Bilbao and will definitely stay in Pension Zubia, a budget friendly lodging -Excellent excellent excellent accomodation- clean, ideal location ,warm friendly service. Breakfast is not served but there is lovely coffee served directly opposite building .No wonder it has got such good reviews.Thank you

  The landlady was amazingly friendly and we could communicate even though I dont speak Spanish. WIFI worked fine Tiny bit hard to find the place at first, they should put a bit a sign somewhere. - The room was lovely, one of the best I've had in Spain (for the price) The staff were just fantastic.
