very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. Very good location if your interests are to shop and the latest mall ION is just around the corner.

clarke quay, china town, train stations and plenty of dining options. It

We liked the sheer luxury and quality about everything the hotel has, its comfort, cleanliness and service. We liked its position, not directly on Orchard Road but a four minute straight walk to the hustle bustle of the huge shops and everything that has to offer.We liked the fabulous coffee shop with its cakes and savouries which was great for breakfast when you really did not want the quantity of a full buffet breakfast. We were upgraded to the Valley Wing Club floor for a moderate price increase which was well worth it. Breakfast was included and served in lovely lounge. I've stayed at Swissotel Merchant court a few times before this and still think its one of the best hotels. The staff will always try to accommodate me to my choice of room which has got a bathtub and shower. The infinity pool is just stunning and very big.
Rooms are very large (almost a studio). I had the Premium room with City View to have the view on the Bay (the "cheaper" rooms have the view on the Gardens by The Bay) and it was beautiful: the bathroom is very big and it has a nice bathtube, two sinks, a small room with the toilet, a room with the shower.
Check in and check out procedures were very fast.
Wifi connection strong and stable, useful to call home for free using voip.

The Hotel was stunning, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Overall a great experience and ideal location for seeing the sights of Sentosa but still providing a relaxing atmosphere.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.

I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly and polite. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. The pool area

Great location in the centre of the business district. Very spacious and well equipped room. Pool, lounge area and airconditioned 'Living Room' on the 19th floor. MRT very near the hotel with sheltered walkway so no need to get wet in the heavy rain. -
