  What we like most is the room. It is spacious and homey. The location of the hotel is very accessible and excellent, as the bus stops in front of the hotel and few minutes walk to nearby mall. I will still choose the same hotel in our succeeding stay in Singapore. - I could not fault the hotel, its staff, location or price. It is less that 5 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station.

  We were upgraded from a Club Room (Tower Wing) to a Deluxe Room in the Valley Wing. We were upgraded to the Valley Wing Club floor for a moderate price increase which was well worth it. Breakfast was included and served in lovely lounge.   If you want to stay in a hotel in a quiet area but still close to shoping and other activities such as walking in the botanical garden, access to the waterfront then Trader such a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful and good. The fitness center is clean and can be accessed any time of day by just asking the front desk staff (between 10pm- 6am). The location was also ideal for business meetings. It is also off of Orchard Road, which allowed for a quieter sleep at night. I would stay here again.

  At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room. Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony and facing plus direct access to the pool.   I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly and polite. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. Walkig distance to MRT, shopping area, visitors centre and best of all.. halal food was available right across the street.The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay!

  The hotel is centrally located, the staff are pleasant and very helpful - They were very kind and gave me an extended check out time of 4 pm which was greatly appreciated.

  Very friendly, executive room including drinks during the day which were appreciated after a day exploring in the heat . Evening cocktails and canapés 6-8.30 were excellent too.   The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one. There were two main things we were very happy about: 1) We were grateful to have been informed that my husband had left his wallet behind when we checked out. 2) The surprise birthday cake which was del... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ivered to our room by the room service. We were pleasantly surprised =)! Thank you for making our stay a very memorable one. - Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.
