  We stayed there five nights and I can say that the hotel reaches most of the guest expectations: good and quiet location (very closed to Orchard street that is the shopping heaven), bathroom amenities, quality bed linen and towels, services, friendly and smiling staff, free wi-fi, good tv channels selection...the last channel, 34 if I remember, is... τι λέει ο κόσμος » a local radio with a very relaxing music. Thank you for the airport transfer to the hotel!!! I observed that the services are the same with an execut - - The service of the staff at Quincy is excellent! They greeted us with a smile every time we walk passed them. My boyfriend actually misplaced his wallet near the front desk. We received a call in our room and was told that a cleaner picked up his wallet (when he didn't even realize)! - It is definitely value-for-money when hotel provided full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) plus free flow of drinks from 6pm to 8pm. There's complimentary mini bar in the room too! - The room

  The rooms are very spacious, clean and equipped with the needed appliances. its value for money and would highly recommend it to others. Location is the best right on Orchard road where all shopping centers around.   The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one. There were two main things we were very happy about: 1) We were grateful to have been informed that my husband had left his wallet behind when we checked out. 2) The surprise birthday cake which was del... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ivered to our room by the room service. We were pleasantly surprised =)! Thank you for making our stay a very memorable one. - Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.
