The hotel staff were very attentive. Their club lounge is the best one that we have been too, really worth booking the room for the perks. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the bed and cushions the most comfortable I've ever slept in!!

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we wanted to spend most of our time in the amazing Gardens by the Bay (new to us) and exploring the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. We spent three nights at the Fullerton on out way to Bali as part of our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived early in the morning so our room wasn't ready, we were offered an upgrade package with a twin level room overlooking the Marina, Champagne breakfast, afternoon tea and champagne with canapés in the evening. Would highly recommend, not cheap but something very special for our anniversary.

Serviced Suites are very good choice. In the middle of the shopping
area, you can walk to huge malls or to sightseeing points very easily.
Rooms are spacious and luxurious and very well equipped. Wifi was

The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one.

Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.

Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -
Luxury hotel and excellent location, just steps from Orchard Road.

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room.
Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony
and facing plus direct access to the pool. We loved the room. We will
definitely stay in the pool terrace floor again. -

The staff who served me during check-in is friendly and courteous. In fact most of the staff there are helpful and friendly. What I like most is, I got a free room upgrade from Marvelous to Fabulous room! And I love the room! It is spacious and pretty with all the different lightings and designs. We love our room with the balcony facing the marina. There is even a tv just in front of the tub where you can enjoy a show while soaking inside. We love the serenity and relaxing feel of the surroundings. I would highly recommend it to locals for a staycation. -

The room was very spacious especially after an upgrade when we checked in!
Our children enjoyed the large resort style pool, and a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices.
The free shuttle running between the resort and Vivo City was convenient and made it easy to get into the city when we wanted to.
