Staff very friendly and helpful, crayfish spaghetti delicious. Nature the place and have a really nice view ( seaside )... We love it. We'll come back again soon. Thank you for all the staffs was helping us in there. Good job and keep it up . -

I enjoyed he position of the hotel on the beach front away from the bustle of the city, and the fact that it was mostly used buy local people. However I would only consider staying in the same block as the others did not have good position or were in party zone. - I've to do a few adjustments to my bookings due to some personal reasons. Room size, grounds round hotel, assorted facilities, shuttle service, on site convenience shop, good value for money. However, this hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the City. We were aware of this and it was good to get away from the City for a change however some guests were not aware of this.

Fantastic resort!!! Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely
helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and check in
was not until 2pm we were able to check into our room 2 hours prior to
our check in time and were offered a free upgrade which we were very

Festive Hotel is one of the hotels in the heart of Sentosa. The family room has a little loft bed for the kids. Both our children 8 and 5 slept up there together. When we were looking for a last minute place to stay in Singapore we found the Festive Hotel for 45% off the normal price during a 4 night stay during the week (be aware the price they show is excluding the taxes unlike the other hotels which include the taxes in the price). We would NOT have stayed at the hotel at it's original price

It is a nice play to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the City,
yet close enough to get there within 15 minutes. I decided on staying at
the Hard Rock Hotel at rws last year, when I saw the way the hotel was
designed and dressed up. I liked the deco and the open concept bar in

The room was spacious with the awesomely comfortable bed.. Absolutely in
love with the bathroom. Staff were friendly, always greeting me and
fiance when we walked past them.. My request for a cake to be sent to
the room exactly at 12midnight for my fiance's birthday was
amazingly carried out by the staff. Really impressed as I thought they
would probably forgotten about it. Swimming pool was fantastic, very
clean. For the fact that the hotel provides sports channel as well, that
is a plus point

The hotel has a relaxing aura to it with peacocks strutting about and fish and lily ponds everywhere . The gardens are immaculately maintained a really lovely spot to stay . The room was very spacious especially after an upgrade when we checked in!
Our children enjoyed the large resort style pool, and a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices.
The free shuttle running between the resort and Vivo City was convenient and made it easy to get into the city when we wanted to.

The Hotel was stunning, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Overall a great experience and ideal location for seeing the sights of Sentosa but still providing a relaxing atmosphere.

Surprised at first to see much renovations going on at the lobby/reception area but it wasn't noisy.
We were gratefully upgraded to the suite on the highest floor and it was 'jaw dropping' spacious! Pleasant surprise.

If you want a hotel with friendly staff and excellent service, Treasure Resort is the choice. I have had great pleasure sharing my holidays and will do it again in a heartbeat!
