This is the second time I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. Was with three other friends and we checked into two adjoining hill view rooms on the 5th floor. The view was not as great as the sea view rooms and there were no balconies but it cost a lot less too during the peak holiday season so no complains. The check-in was quick (less than 5 minu

Visited the Hard Rock Caf -
The staff was not only friendly but helpful. We were in Penang with another family and my parents and did not arrange anything with the hotel in advance. There were no van rentals available but the concierge tried and made a few phone calls for us and did manage to one for us. We were really grateful to them for even trying.
The pool was fabulous and my children (9, 5 and 4) absolutely LOVED it.

Near to local restaurant,24 hour shop, and night bazar.Holiday Inn provide good services and facilities and the room is also clean and comfort to stay,especially with young children - The water sports, the breakfast was fantastic, staff are friendly. will definitely come back.

Even though the swimming pool quite small, but its size is just nice for

The vibrant Balinese architecture & variant interior finishing showed personal touch from the owner. Love our room!!! It's so beautiful!!! Love the bathroom too!!! We noticed that the owner made an effort to create ponds & plant/reserve existing trees albeit a small compound. Location away from the city with beautiful view of the sea & the city centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You feel like in 5 star hotel, altough the price was only like 3 star hotel. Room was nice and big. We asked if we could check out a bit later and they said it was ok, this was a really nice thing to us! There was many nice places to eat near the hotel. - the location is conveniant

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most notably, they were honest. I was sure I had lost my 2k spectacle but they found it. They were very alert too. They would assist you anytime. We booked the family suite - which turned out to be the 2bedroom suite on the top floor, occupying half of the entire floor.
Service - top notch. Supervisor was inspecting the room right before we moved in (although we were waiting for 2 hours before we were allowed to enter) and it was well worth the wait!

We liked the hotel very much expecially the staff were very polite,
helpful & kind. We checked in on 1st Nov about 4plus & I asked
for a room facing sea view as I did not put up the request on my online
booking. One of your staff was very helpful, she told me most likely
there were no more rooms facing sea view available, nevertheless, she
was so kind & got us a room which we requested. I loved the room,

Very relaxed and easy all over, friendly and helpfull personnel. Room was clean and functional. - Good sized room even though it was only a "studio". Nice view. Staff were polite, well presented and welcoming.

We came early and the front desk staff allowed us to check-in 2hrs before the normal time as soon as the room was vacant. It's really great since we are very tired from our long bus travel.
