Very good location for exploring Tuscany region. Fattoria is well equiped in Tuscany style, very clean apartments and surrouning. The pool is very good and refreshing. -

Beautiful place, worth the drive.Place is exceptional, traditional Tuscan food in their restaurant. Well worth a visit - Beautiful setting. So peaceful. Beautiful room. Wish we could have stayed more than one night.

The owners were very helpful and freindly. The rooms were perfect for a family of five! Recommend this hotel to any family of five, that wishes to see the beautful surrounding Italian countryside! - Very friendly owners. The appartment was compete and clean. Excellent food. Perfect place to be.

The location was definitelt a pro. It is a hard to find a place in San Gimignano to stay. The room was exactly as shown in the pics, soacious and with high ceilings. There is a shared kitchen that can be used and the owner has an agreement with the bar next by for breakfast discount of almost 50%. -

Very nice countryside location just in the mıddle of the vineyard, quite near to San Gimmignano. The staff was very kind and helpful. special thanks to Martin. We stayed in a room, and we enjoyed it, but we would recommend to book an appartment to take the most of the nature and surroundings. Territory is quite big for walking around.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. The hotel was in an excellent state, in a breath-taking location, the staff were very helpful and polite.
I particularly liked the way the hotel was designed and decorated, in a authentic Tuscan style. The cook was so skilled that we fell in love with the food and decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant rather than going out in the surrounding village. We want to return there on another occasion.

This family run estate was the perfect place to stay in Tuscany,the town of San Gimignano was just down the road and one of the prettiest I saw, you could also reach other towns in the region quite easily.
The staff were so friendly and helpful you felt quite at home,Chiara recommended some restaurants and drew a map for us to find our way around.

It's a quiet, relaxing place to stay, and a chance to wind down if you're on a driving tour. Even so, attractions such as Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena are all within manageable distances. Andrea and Berta work hard to try and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The apartment we stayed at was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional, and everything was very clean.
The view is great, and the big lawn in front of the house is also very relaxing.
The location was great for day trips around Tuscana.
Marianna and the staff were attentive and helpful.
