The place is fantastic and perfect for relaxing. there are several opportunities to travel around (by car) but it's nice also to enjoy the time at the swimming pool. -

Great accommodation in the Tuscan hills. Views out of across manicured gardens and pool to vinyards and olive groves in rolling hills. Can easily see the impressive hillside town of San Gimignano. We hired a vespa with Mauros help and had a fantastic time riding around the tuscan countryside and small medieval towns. -

The apartment is part of a charming old palace and had a wonderful view of the garden. It had been imaginatively renovated and was full of character.The kitchen was basic but adequate for our requirements.A toater would have been a bonus. - I liked the fact that it was in a great location to the square and close to everything.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff/owners take great pride in making you comfortable. We were on a 3 week vacation in Italy and by far, this place will be remembered. Breakfast was the best out of all the places we stay. Safe, secure parking. Short drive to town. Large bedroom and bath. The view is superb from their location. - Bea

A pleasant oasis with a spectacular view of the historic walled hill
town of San Gimignano, I Pini has lots to offer and is very good value.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early
despite the fact that they are also working in the vineyards during the

I loved this place. Everything was superb. Swimmingpool is situated next to the olive trees and has a great view to San Gimignano. You can drink their own wine from I Pini and relax in beautiful scenery. Also breakfasts were very good- specialy pancakes with cinnamon;)

Anything. Mormoraia is our most favorite hotel during our whole trip in italy. The room is big and clean. We love the excellent view from restaurant or pool. The location is spectacular, the attention to detail in the design of the property is superb. We had a superior room with a view of San Gimignano, and we regretted only staying 3 nights. The 360 degree scenery around the property is simply beautiful. The infinity pool is really nice and large. There are plenty of chairs and tables spread out around the property, allowing you to sit down where you want. The breakfast is generous and the coffee (espresso, capucino, etc) is very good.

This place is a true Tuscanian gem! Besides being very welcoming and helpful, Luciano and his wife made us feel at home in an instant. Our room was impeccable every day. Property is located on its own hillock and so has 360 degree view of surrounding Tuscan landscape. The family that runs the facility are very nice and go out of way to assist. One day we lost our way and ended up in an industrial area having no taxi. Simona came all the way to pick us up. Thanks. -

Everything was absolutely wonderful! If you have a car it is perfectly located right outside San Gimignano and is central to many other Tuscan towns for quick day trips. The meal prepared by the owner was a particular highlight. Our family stayed in the annex which is across the road from the main building, but breakfast was in our "wing" so the o

Il Casale del Cotone was a fantastic choice for a relaxing week in Tuscany. San Gimigniano is only 3.5km away so if you want to do some shopping or go out for dinner or lunch, this is very convenient. The accommodation is kept very clean and the host Alessandro makes a very big effort to ensure all his guests are happy and comfortable. Alessandro cooks a 5 course meal 3-4 nights a week. We enjoyed these occasions and found this was a great opportunity to talk with him and meet the other guests.
