The place is fantastic and perfect for relaxing. there are several opportunities to travel around (by car) but it's nice also to enjoy the time at the swimming pool. -

The location was excellent - Charming hotel in peaceful location below the main town. Lovely family atmosphere, comfortable rooms and garden with superb views to relax in after the hubbub of the town. Large car park. Five minutes walk uphill to nearest gate into old area. Evening meals enjoyable and good breakfast selection.

A pleasant oasis with a spectacular view of the historic walled hill
town of San Gimignano, I Pini has lots to offer and is very good value.

I loved this place. Everything was superb. Swimmingpool is situated next to the olive trees and has a great view to San Gimignano. You can drink their own wine from I Pini and relax in beautiful scenery. Also breakfasts were very good- specialy pancakes with cinnamon;)

Anything. Mormoraia is our most favorite hotel during our whole trip in italy. The room is big and clean. We love the excellent view from restaurant or pool. The location is spectacular, the attention to detail in the design of the property is superb. We had a superior room with a view of San Gimignano, and we regretted only staying 3 nights. The 360 degree scenery around the property is simply beautiful. The infinity pool is really nice and large. There are plenty of chairs and tables spread out around the property, allowing you to sit down where you want. The breakfast is generous and the coffee (espresso, capucino, etc) is very good.

This place is a true Tuscanian gem! Besides being very welcoming and helpful, Luciano and his wife made us feel at home in an instant. Our room was impeccable every day. Property is located on its own hillock and so has 360 degree view of surrounding Tuscan landscape. The family that runs the facility are very nice and go out of way to assist. One day we lost our way and ended up in an industrial area having no taxi. Simona came all the way to pick us up. Thanks. -

Everything was absolutely wonderful! If you have a car it is perfectly located right outside San Gimignano and is central to many other Tuscan towns for quick day trips. Il Casale del Cotone was a fantastic choice for a relaxing week in Tuscany. San Gimigniano is only 3.5km away so if you want to do some shopping or go out for dinner or lunch, this is very convenient. The accommodation is kept very clean and the host Alessandro makes a very big effort to ensure all his guests are happy and comfortable. Alessandro cooks a 5 course meal 3-4 nights a week. We enjoyed these occasions and found this was a great opportunity to talk with him and meet the other guests.

Everything! This B and B was very quaint but high quality. The entire property is gorgeous, restful; the amenities are bountiful making it very difficult to leave and site see. - The hotel is very pleasent and cosy. The room is nice and the service in general is very good. It was a great experience.
