  The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. The wait staff in the restaurant wereabsolutely top shelf, both in terms of politeness and efficency. Theroom was quiet, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had an awesomeshower and was also clean!   This is the second time I've stayed in the Shelbourne Hotel and will definitely be returning. Stayed with a friend of mine just for a night away to catch up and do some shopping etc. location is absolutely perfect, a short stroll to Grafton Street, and surrounded by great pubs and restaurants. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! Everything in this hotel was as you would expect for a 5* hotel.
