Fantastic hotel, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. A lively pub also makes a great change from a stuffy hotel bar. Great place for a break, rooms where spotless and clean,with everything you would have needed in it . Free wifi ,iron,trouser press,bath robes,fridge ,more like a five star hotel ,breakfast was again super with a long menu to choose from ,the owners really go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home ,can't wait to go back !!!!! -

The room we stayed in was very modern and comfortable. Very good base to tour the giants causeway, Carrick-a-reid bridge, bushmills distillery and Portrush golf.

Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. It was not included in room charge and was a

Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

Everything was fantastic the rooms were spotless and very up to date andthe staff were only to willing to help and were very friendly. Thefacilities were teriffic and the kids loved the large pool.We wouldrecommend the hotel to anyone . 1st of many visits to Belfast for business purposes,i brought my wife along this time as it was a fact finding visit for me and as i only had 2 meetings throughout 3 days within the area so i thought id make the most of getting away for a rest, she loved the staff, the hotel itself,and the indian restaraunt. The staff at the Belfast Hilton were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was amazing to sleep in. I never wanted to get out of it. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » tely recommend this hotel to friends and family. - Everything, it was worthy of a 5* - it had an ironing board and iron in the room, wine glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, flatscreen T.V., clothes line in bathroom, ice machine in corridor, dressing gown, sewing kit, mini bar etc. It was fantastic and the bed was huge. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.

The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff. The hotel was well locate

Helpful staff. Very clean apartment with all facilities. Milk, bread and cereals were provided on arrival very thoughtful. Great location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Will definitely recommend to others.

We were travelling with 3 children from 18months to 15 years all were accomodated and enjoyed their stay and we had the luxary and good food but could also relax as the staff were great and the restaurant open to children of all ages. A pleasure to staff at this hotel and would certainly revisit with or without children as also a great venue for a
