We got there too early to check in but the staff took our bags and gave us all tickets to come back and get them later when the rooms were ready - For Concerts at The Olympia Theatre and access to and from Heuston Station,Grafton Street etc. this is the one - location, i was able to walk to/from the train station easily and also in to city centre-

I stayed in the Harding hotel for one night recently with two friends.
This hotel is in a great location. Our room was spacious and surprisingly very modern.
This is the third hotel I have stayed in in Dublin this year and this was my favourite. It was excellent value for money, over 50 euro cheaper than similar hotels in Dublin that we priced. M

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. We arrived 40 minutes before the check in time but -
Good location. 10 minute walk from the city centre. Very nice hotel, it has a bar and cafe/resteraunt attached. The bar let us charge a load of drinks to the room when we ran out of cash - Im not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing. It was good at the time, but not so good when we got the bill on check-out. The room was small but very nice. Be careful of the shower - its very powerfull and the shower curtain isnt stong enough to hold it, so if you leave your shoes on the floor they Wil

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

Myself and my daughter had dinner in the bar and the food was lovely. The level of English for one of the staff members was quite poor but another staff memeber came to the rescue.
The home made chips were lovely as was the pizza.
Breakfast was varied and very nice,

The staff were excellent post checking out as my daughter left here ring on - We had a very comfortable stay and the best lifts we have ever been in, quick and silent. Also we were able to park our car for the three days that we stayed at the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent and altogether a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I telephoned the night before our arrival, explaining that we were on a very early morning flight. I asked if we would be able to drop off our bags at the hotel. The receptionist encouraged us to come straight to the hotel and arranged an early check-in on arrival. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus. They also have two guest computers that you can you use for free 24 hours a day. They were sometimes busy, but there was always a chance to use them.
