Excellant and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable. They even had new glossy magazines to read which was brilliant. Lovely warm atmosphere in hotel. Would reccomend. - Everything it was clean staff were friendly, all foreign, very friendly and helpful will be back. i love dublin cant wait to go back.

Great location only a couple of kms from dublin's city centre yet set in a peaceful and quiet street in a lovely old building overlooking a garden out the back. Rooms were small yet cosy and very comfortable. Wifi worked in the rooms fine and free parking was very convenient. Breakfast was a mixture of a small buffet as well as a la carte meals and was excellent. Staff were very friendly and provided some excellent restaurant recommndations. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and enhanced my enjoyment & preapartion for the Marathon. - Excellent location. Easy access by bus to downtown and airport. Excellent restaurants nearby - Indian, Cuban, Japanese, seafood and others. Rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Excellent discount price offered for our 5 night stay. Would definitely stay here again when back in Dublin.

So much better than staying in a hotel, so glad we tried this. A great apartment and great service from Adam and Simon. The best way to spend time in Dublin when you have a few people. I'll definitely be back when visiting Dublin again. -

I have stayed in a lot of hotels all around the world, but the staff in this hotel were easily the most professional and friendly that I have encountered. You will realise this from the moment you begin to check in. - The extremly helpful reception girl named Catherine. Excellent service.
