  The reception area was bright and spacious there was a lovely bar area with comfy sofa's-great for relaxing and having a few drinks.   The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I telephoned the night before our arrival, explaining that we were on a very early morning flight. I asked if we would be able to drop off our bags at the hotel. The receptionist encouraged us to come straight to the hotel and arranged an early check-in on arrival. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus.
