The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I telephoned the night before our arrival, explaining that we were on a very early morning flight. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus. They also have two guest computers that you can you use for free 24 hours a day. They were sometimes busy, but there was always a chance to use them.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

Jurys Croke Park was not the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at, but it was the best stay ever, especially due to its professional employees. Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! This was one of the best trips I've had to Dublin. My flight was delayed, and my husband's flight was ever more delayed, so we arrived late at night, tired, hungry and grumpy.
