as i was doing the marathon, i asked if i could check out a little later, as i needed a shower afterwards. they kept it on for me, were very nice and didnt charge me any extra - supherb service! - Very central. We were staying for the marathon weekend and it's perfectly placed close to the start and finish! Nice rooms, friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were made to feel most welcome. The location is great, being a few minutes walk to St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Good clean homely accommodation
in an excellent area in south Dublin including car parking space at rear - I would recommend this exemplary accommodation to anyone.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. We were able to lock our bags up before checking in so we didn't have to drag them around the city. Also, the staff helped us with directions, provided free maps, and recommended places to eat. The room was amazing! It was large and comfortable; looked like it had just been renovated. It was very modern and clean. Our room was in the front of the hotel so we got some street noise, but it wasn't anything too obnoxious.
