The price was good and the location was reasonable with plenty of free parking. The guy was friendly and did his best to welcome us. Breakfast was reasonable (tea/coffee and toast) but for the price we paid for the room you can't really expect much more. There was a really good pizza place around the corner called "The Independent Pizza Company".

The manager went out of his way to help myself and my 18 year old son.
Nothing was a bother. He was really good with all of the guests, going
by what I witnessed. I would definitely stay there again. My son is even
planning on going with his friends to the same accomodation - he really
liked the manager.

Clean, warm, sweet atmosphere, perfect place to stay for a few days, nice destination from the heart of the city, free time to of check in and check out really sweet host! -
Ilish was delightful and very accommodating, lovely breakfast,
everything was clean and comfortable, wifi a plus.

When I arrived at the Marian Guest House, I felt like I was visiting
my "new family ". The atmosphere it's awesome,
Catherine and Brian will host you like a member of their family, and
you'll have everything you need to have. They are special and
their breakfast it's one of the best I've ever tried in my

The lady in the reception is just amazing. She offered me immediately a
discount and apologized when realized that the room I booked was not the
one I saw in the site. I had a shared bathroom but definitely is a very
clean place to stay and somehow you feel that you are in home. She is
very helpful too, giving information on everything. I do not have rich
experience of guest houses and B&B but this is really good. Value
for money +++. and the owner just perfect.

Nice cosy hotel in the center of Dublin. You can reach the most famous tourist attractions only walking. Staff is helpful and friendly. Βρισκόταν σε καλό κεντρικό σημείο. Ηταν ασφαλές, αφού υπήρχε άνθρωπος στην είσοδο μέχρι αργά το βράδυ και έλεγχε τους εισερχόμενους. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. It was located close to the city centre (5 min walk to O'connell st), shops, restaurants, bus services etc. -

The rm was very comfortable for 1. The updated bath and lift was a plus. The staff cked me in early and I have extended my stay for another wk. The breakfast is nice and the servers friendly and attentive. This will be my first choice in furture. Room 23, upper floor (out of three). It has a top quality double bed and
an extra standard bed (that we didn´t use). The room is very

Great location for us. Great pub The Celt just around the corner as well as supermarket not far. Many other pubs/food outlets close by. Close to all attractions. The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed. Also the plug points didn't work at all in our roo

Location - Despite the 'budget price' the room and other facilities were of 'quite high' standard.

Very friendly staff, Irish guy at reception was very polite, helped us
with parking, and handled all issues. Indian girl was diligent and
careful in canteen. Hungarian girl at reception was very helpful as
well. We liked staff of this hotel. We used an offer from letsbookhotel.com -
it included breakfast and it was very cheap. Quality was acceptable - so
value for money was the best from all other options.
