Staff were most friendly from trying to locate a phone charger for me tobringing ice to the room. The apartment was perfect for my family of three! After putting my daughter to bed, my husband and I could still relax and enjoy an evening in the living room rather than hiding from her view in the bathroom. We absolutely loved the location. So close to shopping, city sights and the bus station. We also loved the size of our apartment. Our daughter is living in Galway and we were able to entertain 7 of her friends. She was also able to stay with us for the duration of our stay. The free parking garage was wonderful also as we rented a car for 3 days and didn't have to worry about parking. Last but not least, the view of the city and Galway Bay was spectacular!

Firstly the location is ideal for a city break, walking distance to all the top restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff both in hotel and bar were the one of the best I have experienced in my travels. Great position, good quality accommodation attached to character pub right in Eyre Square in the heart of the attractive and vibrant city of Galway. Fabulous breakfast - individually cooked (instead of withering in a buffet) and served in a lovely room over the old pub. Pleasant friendly staff.

I had mistakenly booked the wrong date online. However the staff were fantastic about it and simply changed the reservation. Very large, clean and comfortable room. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite.
