I liked the concierge, the man really new what info to give us and was very understandable. I also liked the restaruant and bar, the people working the nights that I dined and wined there were extremely friendly on never left me bored out of my mind. They were also very good looking people to look at and talk to. - Staff helpful and good local inf

We found all staff very pleasant and charming to talk to. The Continental breakfast had amazing variety and is the best we have experienced. We haven't been inconvenienced with building extensions and didn't mind the distance from centre of town and enjoyed walking in and back also. Preferable to staying in the noisy environs of Dublin centre but so convenient with the Luas line almost on the doorstep. Will definitely stay again, in fact intend to do so 31 July.

Jurys Croke Park was not the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at, but it was the best stay ever, especially due to its professional employees. Everyone, from the reception to the cleaning ladies, did their work *perfectly*, and the hotel itself was also in very good shape.

The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Appartment contained everything you could need, even had a washing machine/dryer. Great location only a couple of kms from dublin's city centre yet set in a peaceful and quiet street in a lovely old building overlooking a garden out the back. Rooms were small yet cosy and very comfortable. Wifi worked in the rooms fine and free parking was very convenient. Loved this hotel...read reviews concerning it on your website before booking and saw that all criticisms were small...I would have absolutely no complaints about my stay at this hotel...the staff were obliging...so nice...parking just outside the door...realy clean...wonderful value...I will go back to this hotel again...and would recommend it high

My room was huge, containing a large double and two single beds, this
was not an 'upgrade', I had paid for a non refundable room in
advance. Staff all friendly and very helpful, in particular the girl who
checked me in, didn't get her name, but she's off to Ibiza on
holiday shortly! Lovely courtyard out back with waitress service (food
and drink) and where smoking is permitted. Highly recommended.

My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour inthe morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. It was notnoisy either, so that was great! Close enough to the city, but quiet. Weliked it a lot! - Opportunity to stay extra half day in same room
