Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated. The Spa was world class in fact one of the best spas I have visited especially loved the thermal suite concept..

everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

My group also stayed at Dromoland Castle and we all agreed that our stay at Ballygarry House was more enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable.The price was reasonable. The staff from check in to check out were most gracious and professional. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing. The spa is great, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lap pool and cold water soak, all kept fastidiously clean. The room was very nice, and the view was spectacular. First rate, across the board

I stayed with my family. Hotel is at central location in Killarney town. Very good hotel. I had executive double room booked. Room was very comfortable, excellent. Very nice hotel to stay. The best family hotel myself and my parents have ever stayed in. I have two children aged 2 and 3 and they didn't want to leave! The family suite was fantastic with lots of space and facilities. The pool was great and very child safe with different areas for abilities and heights. The staff were all amazing and could not have been nicer. There were activities and clubs for the kids and bouncy castles and the outdoor playground was great for my two boys. Brilliant break all round.
