1.) staff was perfect, hard working,fast but haevy smoker :) too much cigaretes
2.)respectfull- we asked for silent room and that room was waiting for us, late at night ,when we arrived from Sinaru
2.) on booking .com hotel is new but in a town s pretty known place
3.) beautiful palm garden , good ambience
4.) well no hot water but in low budget places it is normal in Asia-after 3 weeks of globtrotering we used to it a little and we had in mind 5 * hotel in Kuala which was waiting for us( . όλα τα σχόλια »
The staff, i had accident there and the staff was very helpful and care ...
The hotel location near from bus station from airport, 5 minutes walk from the beach, at the centre of senggigi.
The price was great and the staff friendly and helpful.

well hard to be unhappy & complain when you pay 10 euros for overnight , for 2 persons :))

room had some spider webs on the celling which were flowing after turning on a fan.

The beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs and the base of the bed.
the bathroom lights is off and there is termite nest on the floor.
