* Staff willing to assist and very pleasant * In comparison to other Hotels in the area I found this to be excellent value for money and will always stay here * Excellent location ...only 2 mins from Senggigi night life * Found the food very tasty and value for money * The pool is amazing...very clean and a great location * The new additions (accomodation buildings) are being constructed in a prime location facing the beach and these will be a fantastic place to stay...very very comfortable *.

Nice pool, empty lovely beach in front of the hotel. - Good location, not too far from the Senggigi strip of restaurants and shops however far enough away to be very quiet through the day - Reasonable standard of rooms- although they are dated, they were a very good size (we had an executive room). Nice Environment. Pool - small, nice and clean The courtyard and overall hotel exterior was nice. Mix of Balinese and Sasak architecture. near to the spot to watch sunset and enjoy traditional delicacies sold by the locals. Must have been a nice place... A loooong time ago. * the hotel is a little run down but it is obvious that hotel management are very much aware of this with the amount of maintenance work that is being undertaken and the addition of new accomodation units being installed. Breakfast was good, but the rest of the meals in the restaurant aren't good. Need a new chef!. The restaurant is poor, expensive and not tasty. - The pool-side area and rooms didn't look quite like the pictures. The room was a lot more dated than it appears in the photos - The breakfast was the same every day but reasonable quality - The service in the restaurant was slow - Claimed to have WiFi but it didn't work!. cleanliness still need improvement. Our stay was marred by the fact we pay good money for a twin Bed room, upon check in were given a double bed room, with dirty mirrors, no hot water, toothpaste on the "clean drinking glasses", open bottles of water, dead bugs in the room and than a single mattress thrown on floor to compensate for twin bed after I complained. Not even linen was provided for single mattress :( will never go back. Rip off and even the cocktails were unpleasant ! No wifi as stated and generally grosse !!. Restaurant - poor food, not tasty at all!!! Seriously not tasty anf everything we ordered smells bad. Ingredients/meats were not fresh. Room - dirty bathroom! Old looking room. Badly need renovation! Reception - not friendly at all. We had to wait for 30 minutes to be attended by the staff. When we arrive at 8pm all the way from Mount Rinjani, no one was at the reception! Location is away from main Senggigi area. Not within walking distance. Dont be fooled!. old building, poor management, and bad reastaurant service during breakfast. Dirty, dirty, dirty, dark, remote, place. I am hardly ever so critical but you're better off skipping this place and not consider the nice photos that tricked us. Hotel is very old, and not clean.
