The pool was wonderful with a great swim up bar. Staff were friendly. Perfect location and very quiet. On the beach as well as being right in the heart of Senggigi. Our room was very quiet at night which was great. Good size. Breakfast quite good but could be busy as a lot of conferences held here. - Very well situated (beach, shops/restaurants in town) with a direct access to the beach - Very excellent/wonderful breakfast - Big designed swimming pool - Our 2 deluxe rooms were big with a big bathroom with modern shower and a bath.
όλα τα σχόλια » the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the beach, the markets, and a very short walk to a huge array of amazing restaurants! The staff were happy, friendly and obliging. The location is in the centre of the city. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Rich and tasty breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Big and quiet rooms. The villas were good, clean and comfortable. A welcome drink on arrival. The pool is large and quite enjoyable. breakfeast is very good ( fresh made eggs, fruits, indonisien....) we got an upgrade for free. Friendly n helpful staff. Very clean n tidy Great nature environment. Excellent location & facilities. Breakfast buffet was superb. - Dinner with sunset - View over beach - Friendly staff. Staff really friendly and helpful, nice pool and it's quiet. A very nice setting, great garden, breakfast. Nice swimming pool. The hotel is near to the art market, you can easily walk to it. Good location. People smoke in breakfast area. Although half is non smoking the smoke does drift so quite unpleasant. Our room was fairly tired but I guess that reflected the price. Fridge small with no freezer. Just being picky but overall not a lot to fault with this hotel. - Staff not as friendly and welcoming as we can expect from a 4-stars hotel. They must work on it !. the selection of places to eat at the hotel was very limited, breakfast included but only average. The furniture needs to be changed (old and used!) The prices for drinks are very high in the resort ( but there is a supermarket next to). The beach in front of the resort can be hardly used for sunbathing or swimming for the whole day( it is small and full of boats coming and leaving during the day). Wifi was terrible Restaurant was average. Senggigi not the greatest destination, we were only here to climb Mt Rinjani. wifi is very slow. When it rains do not have your resort unbrellas. Should consider n may be nore practical to have atap pacing along path way to your lobby. No happy hours n no live music Instead walking out. Rooms were a bit tired (eg knobs missing from chest of drawers - why didn't they just replace them?) but quality of resort compensated. - No internet - Noisy neighbours. The high rise building did not have any scenic appeal in the beach setting. Old flat screen TV in our executive suite.. The beach is a little bit dirty. Compare to the beach in front of Sheraton, the beach is not clean everyday. Wifi not working at room. rooms are old and not align with a 4 stars hotel and price. By the time I checked in at 3.30 local time in the afternoon, the room has yet ready, need more than 15,mnt more, the receptionist said will upgrade us the room coz I booked its room through letsbookhotel.com, but the fact the room they are promised not available, the room is old one, as well as all the furniture n bedding but clean..this is actually the old hotel with the new looks one more thing u are not able to enjoy the beach in d afternoon as so many shipping boat parked.. breakfast is not good enough for 4 star hotel. Room, bathroom and TV need to be update. ill equipped beach and pool, old furniture in not well maintained rooms. No wifi in the rooms. Cold showers. Aircon is not working well. Nothing to do in Sengiggi. We were drinking a juice in the lounge but the staff came two times to us and asked how we would like to pay (together or separated). We couldnt just relax there and their bahaviour was annoying us. The staff was pushy. Very expensive hotel. Dirty beach front - a few doors away Sheraton kept their beach front clean. Facility aging and needs upgrading. Building housing the Spa is a disgrace. Menu in restaurant terrible and hence restaurant mainly empty. Staff good except for internet department that failed to respond to my emails prior to trip.
