The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, but had 2 floors, with
many stairs in between. The baby cot had actually no mattress, which was
a shame. Reception staff ladies were very nice pleasant and
professional, but the night receptionists (2 men) were almost rude when
we'd asked for extra towels. Breakfast was poor, with very few

there), but it also gets a “Pass” from me. The next morning we asked for

We went for a weekend trip at Disneyland with some friends the hotel was quite close to Disneyland 3-5 min trip with the car. The hotel was super it has all the facilities for a 4 star hotel and very clean. The staff where not so good English speakers but they tried their best so nothing to comment. Breakfast its ok for France so its worth it. They have a very good equipped gym, a nice SPA and the parking was free. You have a good equipped kitchen in every room ! A pleasant and a clean hotel.

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel before booking. Some negatives
that stood out in the reviews I read was the poor customer service,
shuttle hours stopping at 11:30pm so guests were not making it in time
after the firework show at Disney, pool not being open, air
conditioning not working, and the self-catering kitchen only having
place sett

The hotel is a good place to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. Not
too bad if you want to visit Paris, as the metro takes 40 minutes (week
pass is advised). The additional sofa bed was very cozy and comfortable
(my daughter loved it) and the full-wall windows (and the curtains) gave
the room a very good look. The separation between main bedroom and the
rest of the room was very ideal for couples with young children. The
breakfast was good (not lavish, but good). The hotel almost had all

I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. easy and convenient - The woman who manages the breakfast was very kind (special for the kids), but the personal in general was also very kind. The appartment is very good for a family weekend with kids. So much better then a standard hotel. Close to metro.

New builded hotel , everything in top shape, kitchen with everything it

I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The accommodations were very reasonable for the price. There was a functioning kitchenette with a mini fridge, a sink, a two burner cooktop, and a coffee maker. The apartment was very roomy. Our room had a full sized bed and enough room for our travel crib for our daughter. The palace of Versailles was a quick 10 minutes away, which was great! -

Very quiet. Friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Good location. Metro close by. Grocery store handy. Lots of good restaurants in area. Would stay there again without hesitation. -
There's a free bus to the MTR, nice bathroom, lovely kitchen. Good services, nice stuffs! Must choice in Paris!

Talk about a surprise! We were thrilled with our room. What a nice hotel. The room was extra clean, the hotel clerk was really helpful even with limited English. The shuttle was on time and the drivers were helpful with getting you to the right gate at the airport. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing we had to pick from we

No problem with taking the shuttle to the airport, I think that we waited the expected 15mn or so before seeing one. I will definitely plan on staying at this hotel again when we come back for more vacations in France.
