The peace of sleeping in the countryside on a barge on the Seine with
swans gliding by, excellent hosts including a lovely friendly dog, a
hearty breakfast (we wished we had taken advantage of the evening meal
option, although there are restaurants nearby on the river bank) ,
drinks in the evening onboard in the balmy early October weather, and
the fantastic unpretentious village of Samois-sur-Seine where everyone
plays music like its most famous past resident - Django Reinhardt.

We had one of the cheapest rooms in the chateau but it was beautifully furnished with quality touches like the enormous bath and luxurious bath robes. Behind the electric gates and the large gardens it was a tranquil place to stay. Really enjoyed it. -

We had a friendly, informative welcome from our excellent host, Alain,
who spoke pretty well perfect English. We have precious little French
and there were another couple staying with whom we shared dinner and
breakfast. They had no English but we had wonderful interaction because
Alain and his wife shared the table and skilfully translated for us

a very reasonable price. I commend any visitors to have at least one

We found Alan and his family very warm and friendly, We had called ahead of arriving to order an evening meal which was lovely.We ate with Alan and his wife who told us a lot about the local history and places to visit.
The room and facalities where excerllent and we both had a good nights sleep. In the morning the organic breakfast was delicious.
We would definitely stay again if we where in that area of France

On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were truly wonderful. Saint James hote

Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Well everything was great the moment we did arrive to the hotel, reception room is specious clean large with touch of the french decor,bed quality and pillows are great, bath room and specious with excellent towels. restaurants also very good especially the breakfast was rich,even the price is high but is good.

The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. We were very impressed by the villa we rented; it was like three individual hotel rooms combined into a house with a very spaceous living room and kitchen.
Pre-arrival communication was great, and the staff was very helpful prior our arrival, proposing additional cots as well as high-chairs for the children.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Paris (although 50 km away) it is
close to Val d' Europe Shopping outlet also close to Disney Land and
Train station. Complete Kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Backside
garden. We enjoyed staying in this 2bed townhouse. Good comfort level
compared with small rooms in Paris city centre.
