Location was great, just a couple of minutes from metro station. The room was spacious and well lit, clean and cosy. However it was a little cold (I stayed there in March). The personnel spoke English and was very friendly. Very good price/quality. Would definitely stay there again. - friendly helpfull staff and the location, nice part of paris

πολυ καλη τοποθεσια και αρκετα καθαρο - The room was very comfortable and cosy though itz small but I prefer it that way. And the location was great too...10 mins walk to eiffel tower. Breakfast was good value for money since I dun eat pork. I made a good choice by selecting this hotel. - Good area. Close to the Eiffel Tower.

Bedrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. Bedding looked like it had just come out of its packaging.
Firm bed, v comfortable.
Bathroom is wonderfully glitzy.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over Bastille Day celebrations.The location, 5 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower and festivities, was incredible! Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

There is a Metro station on the corner for easy access to all of the city, and there is a bus stop for Charles de Gaulle Airport there as well. There is a wonderful patisserie around the corner and numerous restaurants and sandwich shops within walking distance.

The hotel is located just 150m from metropoint Porte de Vincennes line 1 (zone1). Parking in the street is free from friday 19h till mon 09h. Parking Picpus (neer metropoint Belair/Picpus) is about 500mtrs from the hotel.

The hotel is great because it is friendly and clean and our room had a
great view of the roof tops. La Marais is a very interesting and
atmospheric location. It is easy to access the Seine and other places of
interest. We especially enjoyed the Jewish quarter and the falafels.
