Location was great, just a couple of minutes from metro station. The room was spacious and well lit, clean and cosy. However it was a little cold (I stayed there in March). The personnel spoke English and was very friendly. Very good price/quality. Would definitely stay there again. - friendly helpfull staff and the location, nice part of paris

πολυ καλη τοποθεσια και αρκετα καθαρο - The room was very comfortable and cosy though itz small but I prefer it that way. And the location was great too...10 mins walk to eiffel tower. Breakfast was good value for money since I dun eat pork. I made a good choice by selecting this hotel. - Good area. Close to the Eiffel Tower.

The room was clean and well located near two metro stations.Both within 10 minutes walk. 24 hour reception for this two star hotel was impressive. Would stay here again. Nice quiet location where you can dine with the locals.

Bedrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. Bedding looked like it had just come out of its packaging.
Firm bed, v comfortable.
Bathroom is wonderfully glitzy.
Free wi-if, especially when the bigger 'luxury' chains charge for this now.

Καλή αντιστοιχία χρημάτων κι υπηρεσιών και πολύ βολική η θέση! - Αυτο που μας αρεσε ποιο πολυ ηταν οτι βρηκαμε ενα αξιοπρεπεστατο μερος για την διαμονη μας και σε λογικη τιμη (εχοντας παντα υπ οψιν οτι μιλαμε για Παρισι οπου οι τιμες σε σχεση με την Ελλαδα ειναι αρκετα υψηλες....).Επισης ειναι σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια.Βρισκεται κοντα σε τρεις στασει

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over Bastille Day celebrations.The location, 5 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower and festivities, was incredible! I've selected the Hotel Moderne as my go-to hotel while traveling to
Paris on business. The value for quality is excellent in a city where
you often have to pay top price for mediocre accomodations and service.

Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

Metro line 1 is very convenient for a lot of the main sights, and a
further 15min walk to Gare d'Austerlitz will get you on the rer to
the Eiffel To -
Small, reasonably priced,not part of a chain, breakfast delivered to
room, English spoken. Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and
gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy
and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning
from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair
and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or
advertised as such.
