  The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was gleaming clean, and I felt very at east and safe there. It has fairly good transit connections (by Metro and RER) and is just on the outskirts of the "main attractions". Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or advertised as such.

We came into the Gare de Lyon train station which is just across the street.   When you go into the room, you'll see it looks definitely the same as the photo they post on the website. It's very clear and bright. There were two if us lived in a three-person room, so it's really comfortable for us. The best thing is the wifi is able in your room! There is no locker on the dor of the toilet, so you can't lock the door! - Location was good, you can walk the subway station and then youcan go the centrw of Paris. But in this area, Black people lives there and it looks like really really dangerous to us especially when it gets dark..!! if you have money to stay in the centre of paris you can choose it. otherwise you have to come back hotel before it gets dark.

There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after.
