  This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers and will stay there again during my next trip to Paris. - The Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees is in an excellent location for exploring, we were very well looked after and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

  the staff was very nice...eventhough i was very picky they were very hejpful and especially isabelle who was excellent and very professional. - Very helpful staff. Not fancy, but clean and nice; bathroom was adapted to satisfy American tastes. Good value.

  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

  Clean well air conditioned triple room. Loved the decor and the hotel lay out. It's worth noting it is in fact Hotel Chateaubriand, not Romancier anymore. You can find several kinds of cheese, butter, bread, jams,etc.. So they do not offer you only croissant .. It was delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly. So I love the hotel very much..   Staff were excellent. Hotel had a great location as well. Fridge didn't work in our room, however on the second night, they upgraded us to a premium room - with a working fridge. Wife can't have room temperature wine, after all! - Gréât location to visit city, rooms are very clean . Staff are very helpful and friendly.
