  This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00. The hotel is a typical french hotel with its elite decoration. I like the decoration a lot. Also the breakfast was excellent. It was the best breakfast for me in whole Europe.   Staff were excellent. Hotel had a great location as well. Fridge didn't work in our room, however on the second night, they upgraded us to a premium room - with a working fridge. Wife can't have room temperature wine, after all! - Gréât location to visit city, rooms are very clean . Staff are very helpful and friendly.
