As a person who has lived in Paris, I would recommend this hotel for it's excellent location to much about everyone. This is a quiet around-the-corner hotel; I stayed on the 5th floor street-side. Yet, the lively atmosphere of the bistro’s near Gare de Lyon is just a minute walk. The rooms are as you see them on the pictures: clean design and in very clean condition. The staff recommends dinner at the brasserie L’Européen on Blvd Diderot, opposite the Gare de Lyon: excellent food in a nice location. Breakfast is of good quality served in the basement, tourists my prefer to go out. Wireless internet is free

I chose this hotel for reasons of cost (it was on special offer); location (near to the Gare de Lyon, but in a fairly quiet side street); ratings and comments from previous customers. The place where the hotel is situated, the contemporary look - compare to other Parisian hotels it is new, however it is "Ikea" new, do not think it is a design hotel...It is convenient if you are staying for couple of days, not the kind of hotel where you can have the ultimate Parisian experience though...

The location is excellent. All the main attractions easy to reach by underground. A supermarket downstairs. A friendly staff that spoke English. Good breakfeast. - The hotel was centrally located and the staff was very helpful.

I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.
