This is a quiet around-the-corner hotel; I stayed on the 5th floor street-side. Yet, the lively atmosphere of the bistro’s near Gare de Lyon is just a minute walk. The rooms are as you see them on the pictures: clean design and in very clean condition. The staff recommends dinner at the brasserie L’Européen on Blvd Diderot, opposite the Gare de Lyon: excellent food in a nice location. I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.
