pleasant to deal with. Warm, stylish, trendy and in a good location for
walking to Louvre (20 mins). Also restaurants around the area are good
and not tourist prices. A number of grocery stores nearby (inc one next
door) which is handy. -

the hotel is undergoing a complete refurbishment and new rooms are very nicely done - nothing flash but very clean, modern and everything you need. Will be better when refurb finished.
Great central location 5 mins walk from L'Opera in very quiet side-street off busy boulevard.

There are very few good options for a family of four, especially with
teenagers-- but this is one. With most hotels, four guests required
booking two rooms, but Hotel Des Comedies has a great Family Duplex room

I loved the staff at this hotel. The front desk was very helpful. Especially a lady named Mili. The front desk in general guided us about train stations, restaurants and everything else that we needed. The location is spot on with the metro station right next door. We had a change of plan and extended the trip by two more days but they were sold out. Still they called up other hotels in vicinity and got us reservation. Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district. Would definitely stay again. -

The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away.
I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

This is a small hotel and the rooms are very small. As a family of 4,
we had to take turns walking through the room. That being said,
though, everything about our stay here was perfect. We knew the room

This is a truly lovely budget hotel. At around €100 a night for a decent-
sized room with a private bathroom and shower, this is a great deal for
the location. We walked there from Gare du Nord; it's also very

restaurant on the left side of the hotel). Staffs are friendly and
helpful and there is a small lift in the hotel.
