Our stay was like a dream come true. We loved the old paintings, spiral
stairs, velvet, exposed beams and historical ambiance. The location is
amazing--just steps away from Centre Pompidou. Norte Dame is also very
near and makes a great nighttime stroll. We didn't opt for
breakfast, but Julian patisserie was right out front and had the best
pastry

intriguing, almospheric interior. great location, easy to get to to tourist destinations, but close to the marais for socialising. I've stayed here 3 times (twice before it had a refurbishment), and I usually try a new hotel each time I visit Paris, but enjoy staying here. had a room at the front this time with a very Parisian view, and the sound of church bells in the morning.

Very quiet for Paris! But I was in one of the inside rooms. - The location was excellent as it was within walking distance to many of the main sites. The room was exceptionally clean.

The location of this hotel is perfect, in the centre of Paris yet in the peace and quiet of L'Isle de Louis. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a triple room at the top of the building. They have remodeled and updated the rooms since our last stay and have
done a wonderful job with a small space. Very comfortable and somewhat
elegant. Superior room definitely worth the extra euros as standard
rooms are somewhat tight. I have stayed at each hotel on Ile St. Louis,
and definitely prefer this.

Excellent location, plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. At four and half months pregnant, we wanted to be able to go back to the room to rest, for which it was perfect and surprisingly quiet (on the 4th floor) for the middle of a city. - Fantastic location, quaint setting, non commecialised business with charm and character..... Excellent boutique hotel in the most central Paris area! The staff was more than helpfull and kind and they all could speak english, which is a rare thing in France. The hotel was also surprisingly very clean, another rare thing in Paris specifically. The location has also been extremely convenient, everything was on walking distance and we didn't had to get any other transport mean. We will definately choose this hotel again if returning to Paris.

Hotel Les Rives de Notre-Dame is ideally placed and we had views of Notre-Dame and the Seine from our room. I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room.

I had asked for a change in room location within the hotel. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.

The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

Hotel Du Vieux Saule is located in an excellent area in Paris. The hotel and staff were fabulous. In this price range it is better than i expected. - Good location, friendly staff.
