I loved the fact it was a relaxed atmosphere,not stuck up like somehotels. We booked on line and was'nt to sure about the location.Thankfully it was a fantasic location close enough to the town butfar enough away that we did'nt hear all the music on the front. Wereally liked the fact we could keep our bags at the hotel till ourflight about 8pm - Ex

Location is excellent, 5 min from the railway station and 2 min from the historical center. Clean. Beautiful design. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is nice to find a bottle of water in your room when it's about +35 outside... -

Marvelous, warm and empathetic staff. I actually managed to get mylaundry locked in a coin operated washer in town. The staff kindlyhelped me call the emergency number and patiently waited forinstructions on how to release all of my travel clothing. Chic, cuttingedge decor with changeable artwork in the elevator. - The staff were extremely helpful

Recently refurbished, this is a very comfortably hotel in a superb location. Just 60 seconds walk from the old port where you can see the three towers for which La Rochelle is aptly famous and just around the corner from the Rue Saint Jean du Perot where you can find a range of excellent restaurants.

What a gem!!!!!! Lovely friendly welcome. Beautiful, sparkling clean hotel. Very centrally located.Our bedroom overlooked a small private garden,with chairs and tables. Just so sweet! A real treat!!!!!! All members of staff were friendly and went out of their way to help and answer all our questions. Would highly recommend. A+++. Thank you all so much.

Easy to find on a main road with free paring outside. We were warmly greeted at the door by the proprietor, who helped us carry our bags in and showed us to the room. The location was ideal for us. Not being in the centre of town it wasn't too hectic. Designer furniture and spotlessly clean. Our 2 night stay was very enjoyable. Staff were great and nothing too much trouble. We had the breakfast option and found it good value for money. Showers had decent pressure and plenty of hot water at 0930.
We had the comfort room which we later learnt is the budget small room. Fine for 2 nights if passing through but too small for longer stays. Minimal storage for two

Its a lovely cosy hotel, near all amenities, decent sized room with good shower en suite. All in all, good value for money. - parking facility, central position and cosyness of hotel.

We went for a week and stayed at this hotel and it was great it was in a great location near the town centre supermarket places to eat out. We were right near the attractions too.
The hotel staff were very helpful friendly and always happy to help.
The room was cleaned everyday with fresh linen tea coffee biscuits and my daughter had her own lit

Staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were large, comfortable and regularly cleaned and furnished with tea and coffee. The location was just right - 10/15minute walk out of the hussle and bussle of the town centre, so you got the best of both worlds: quiet and yet also convienient. The hotel has on-site secure car-parking.
