  The hotel was fabulous and very romantic for a couple. It was in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very luxurious and had great views of the city. Also. the leisure facilities were lovely. - This is a truly exceptional hotel in a great location.   The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.

  We stayed in a room that was in a tower. The room would be for 4 guests included a double bed and two twins in a loft area. The room had the most amazing bath tub. When our host was giving us a tour of the hotel we could smell butter (Yum) A most unique experience and will still there again if we are in brugge - Everything is good, the location, ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » the room decoration and the size, the price, the breakfast and the staff were excellent, is the first time we ask for a PC connection without addtional charge, I recommend to everyone I know who wish to stay at Brugge.
