  The hotel is located in the liveliest part of town and as close to centre of Leuven as you can get. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are dated and a bit tired, but the bed and bathroom are acceptable. Despite our very early departure, our breakfast was made available with a smile.   Very helpful personnel. Although ibis is right next to a train station, no noise coming from the station could be heard in my room. The WiFi Internet connection worked well most of the time, just in the evening there were problems with too many clients connected.
