  The location is excellent. I brought a relative to Leuven while I worked and this is a perfect place to stay. It is on a square of restaurants, across the street from the train/bus stations, and with a pedestrian walk around the far side of the building towards the incredibly beautiful centre of town . Leuven is a university town it is filled with restaurants, young people and energy. - The location is excellent when you travel by train or bus and have business to do in Leuven The rooms are clean, a lot of space, excellent bathroom. breakfast is good. The admosphere is a bit 'maigret'like, also because on the floor there is a cafe and the square outside is full of busy terraces. You would expect that on this location there is much noise in the night but this is not the case. It is rather quite in fact.

Proper restaurants can be found in the city Centre in Groot Markt which takes around 10-15 minutes to walk to, allowing a reconnaisance of a pleasant shopping street en-route

  Great hotel & great service located next to the Train Station of Leuven. Though city train station areas normally tend to be a little shabby this word does not apply to Leuven central station. It takes a 600m walk to park your car for free. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. - Ik vond het een super hotel. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.

Very nice and flexible gesture.   Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven.
