  Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven. Peter is a terrific host, he really cares about the comfort of his guests. The room was spacious and quaint, lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was phenomenal.   The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible.   The hotel is very comfotable and has a nice atmosphere. The distance to the centre of Leuven is very good, about appr. 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and really big, even a balcony!   I'm normally sceptical about ratings from other people & this place has a very high score - but I agree with the majority. The owner, Michel, has set up the place with a simple and elegant balance between medieval & contemporary - very nice . . . and very clean! The breakfast was fresh & tasty with a couple of unique elements. Michel - This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest.   Great hotel & great service located next to the Train Station of Leuven. Though city train station areas normally tend to be a little shabby this word does not apply to Leuven central station. It takes a 600m walk to park your car for free. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. - Ik vond het een super hotel. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.
