  The hotel is located in the liveliest part of town and as close to centre of Leuven as you can get. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are dated and a bit tired, but the bed and bathroom are acceptable. Despite our very early departure, our breakfast was made available with a smile.   Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven.   On the morning of my arrival I arrive very early in Leuven, way too early for check in. The girl invited me in anyway, could store my luggage, warm up, charge my laptop and even got coffee. Very nice and flexible gesture.
