  The location of the hotel was ideal - a very short walk to 8th Avenue, eateries, shops, etc. Our room was spacious with excellent WIFI. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially James who sprinted all the way from the hotel to 8th Avenue to flag down a cab for us so that we could be at the Palace Theatre in good time. - Location is excellence, ... was die leute sagen » in walking distance to Times Squares, Macy's, 5th Avenue and etc. Wifi works very well everywhere. Room is clean and quiet and bed is good and comfortable. Bathroom has a very good size. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially James who helped us to find our way to JFK airport!

  Location is good, in an area just like you see in the movies. A lot of restaurants and cafes around. Convenience stores nearby. I had my breakfast at Gramercy Cafe, just across 3rd Ave. Made me feel very New Yorker. Close to l line, a trip to either downtown or uptown would have you change line. I had a single room for 1 night and a double for other 3. The single was very smal - The location is fantastic and the price unbeatable! Very near two metro stations. The place is very well decorated and very, very clean. I shared the toilet and it was perfect, never had to waited, they have two toilets per hall, and they are very clean. The only weird thing was that the night that I arrived, at midnight, I arrived to an empty lobby, had to waited 40 minutes, and finally I found the doorman drunk, behind a chari!! He was very grumpy and had to struggle a little to get my room,

Very caring and understanding, the housekeeping staff was remarkable, they made sure my room was clean and well stocked with lien and other essentials, breakfast was good eating area kept clean and neat.
