The location of the hotel was ideal - a very short walk to 8th Avenue, eateries, shops, etc. Our room was spacious with excellent WIFI. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially James who sprinted all the way from the hotel to 8th Avenue to flag down a cab for us so that we could be at the Palace Theatre in good time. -

Bathroom has a very good size. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially James who helped us to find our way to JFK airport!

I liked the location, the various pretty settings indoors and out with magnificent views of the water, great landscaping, spacious lawns, a secluded pool, and amenities such as bikes and canoes.

Friendly, outgoing, courteous staff. Everyone was very nice and willing to help with what ever you needed. The breakfast personnel was attentive and very quick to make sure everyone had what they needed right up to the end of the breakfast serving time. -

The location is fantastic and the price unbeatable! Very near two metro stations. The place is very well decorated and very, very clean. I shared the toilet and it was perfect, never had to waited, they have two toilets per hall, and they are very clean. The only weird thing was that the night that I arrived, at midnight, I arrived to an empty lobby, had to waited 40 minutes, and finally I found the doorman drunk, behind a chari!! He was very grumpy and had to struggle a little to get my room,

The staff was great!!!! Very caring and understanding, the housekeeping
staff was remarkable, they made sure my room was clean and well stocked
with lien and other essentials, breakfast was good eating area kept
clean and neat. I will use this Hotel again when traveling back to
upstate new Your. Needless to say I was very pleased. -

Su ubicacion es la mejor y la relacion costo beneficio muy buena, en newyork es dificil encontrar algo economico, asi que esto es de lo mejor - El servicio (personal) nos ha encantado. Son unas personas excelentes, el trato ha sido genial.
