We liked that we were right on the beach front close to everything but just far enough away from the noise. Hosts very friendly.Dont be put off by the fact that the car park is round the corner ( 5 mins walk)unless you have trouble with your legs. You can park the car outside to unload your cases.

We were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was easy to find, had excellent parking. the staff were very nice and helpful, the room was very spacious with a double bed and single bed in. I stayed here for 4 nights just this weekend from my brother's
recommendation. Sue and Graham are friendly and make you feel very
welcome. The room was lovely, with a shower room, a tv, a kettle with
hot drink sachets/milk and a glass bottle of water with 2 glasses. A
welcome book was also provided. Breakfast every morning between 8.30-
9.30 was very good. A choice of fresh fruit salad, greek yogurt, honey,
cereal and fruit juice to start and then Sue asks you for tea or coffee

Staff exceptionally friendly, called ahead before we arrived and we were allowed to check in early, which was a welcome relief. Rooms were exceptionally clean, airy and modern. Well designed and functional. Bathrooms were very clean. Hospitality tray was very well stocked. Breakfast was excellent and catered very well for all tastes and a two year old. Very pleasant stay here, the food is excellent, although the menu was set you could have it anyway you wanted so very helpful and the staff are all very friendly. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need. Fantastic location too. Everything is so well run and the owners are really lovely and helpful. -

Alan & Louise are an amazing couple, they are friendly & welcoming and nothing is too much trouble - Louise had knitted a breakfast menu which I thought was fantastic and my grandson wanted to eat! I am usually wide awake by 7.30 but my nights sleep was so deep I woke up at 8.45! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I liked the warm welcome we received as we walked through the door, the friendliness of all the staff and their willingness to help. The food was very nice with good sized portions. The beer was excellent (Badger.) The location is great for visiting other places all within a reasonable drive time. I want to go back. -
